To maintain the fluffiness of our products it is done by brushing it time to time. The product will loose some fluff when brushing it, but that is nothing to worry about. Please use a brush with natural brushes.

It is always possible to send the product back to us and have it re-brushed.

If your product needs refreshing, hang it outside for a while.

If some cleaning is needed only use dry clean.
