In what countries and cities are Lena Rewell Textilestudio Ltd products available?
We don’t have any shops of our own. Our products are sold all over the world.

Where are the Lena Rewell Textilestudio-products manufactured?
The Lena Rewell Textilestudio products are all manufactured in Finland. All products and every details are handmade.
How much is my shipping fee?
Shipping outside Europe costs 30 euros. We always try to ship outside Europe with FedEx or UPS.
Shipping within Europe costs 20 euros. In Europe we use GLS as our shipping company.
We will always inform you by an email about the delivery schedule and the tracking number.
My goods have been damaged during the delivery. What do I do?
We are sorry to hear about this! Please contact us soonest possible by email to dita@lenarewell.fi. Tell us our order number, the date when you placed your order, your name, your delivery address and if possible, a photo of the damaged goods. You then have the choice of getting your money back or a new shipment and we will reply with instructions for how to go about this.
I made my purchase and would like to return the goods. What do I do?
We regret to hear this. We kindly ask you to contact us via email to dita@lenarewell.fi. We will then give you instructions of how to best return your purchase and for the alternatives of reimbursing you.
